Three members of the our staff were killed by an avalanche while working in Everest Base Camp. Expedition leader Tim  Mosedale is raising money for the families of Pasang Temba, Kumar and Tengzing that left wives and 9 children between them.

The challenge is to:

Start at The Moot Hall in Keswick. Go to the lake and swim the lenght of Derwentwater (and back). Something like 9 Km, and back to Moot Hall.

Get on a bike and cycle the Fred Whitton Route (approx. 112 miles and 6 lakeland passes), and back to the Moot Hall.

Change into fell running gear and run The Bob Graham Round (66 miles, 42 peaks, 27,000 ft of ascent and descents), and back to the Moot Hall…

All in a target time of 48 hours.

Follow the challenge on Twitter @timmosedale or FB page “Everest Expedition“.

You can sponsor him via a dedicated bank account opened for this event, and with no third parties involved that means 100% of the funds are going to their families in full.
